Parasuraman et al. (1985) analyzed the dimensions of service quality and constituted a GAP model that provides an important framework for defining and measuring service quality (Saat, 1999). They developed the GAP Service Quality So, Gronroos's model tries to study what customers in a service setting are looking for and how they evaluate it.
